Terms of Use
Last updated 9 September 2026
The agreement
Notifs is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to it. Where the two disagree, Apple's agreement governs.
What the app does
Notifs looks at your own iPhone screen, with your explicit permission and while iOS displays a recording indicator, and alerts you when something new appears on it. What it can notice depends on what is actually drawn on the screen: a changed layout, an unusual rendering, or text the system cannot read can mean something is missed. Notifs is an assistant, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for what you do with what it tells you.
Subscriptions
- Notifs Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription during the trial. Eligibility for a trial is determined by Apple.
Acceptable use
Use Notifs only on a device and with apps you are entitled to use, and only in a way permitted by the terms of whatever app you choose to watch. Do not use it to capture other people's private information.
No warranty
Notifs is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FDE Systems makes no warranty that it will notice everything, and is not liable for anything that was missed, delayed, or wrongly reported.
